agreements.
A Multiple Year Discount agreement is a commitment by THOMAS
HOUSTON associates, inc. to guarantee “locked” pricing on the professional
services chosen for each plan for the entire term of the agreement (two or three
years). This ensures that the price for chosen professional services for each
plan will not increase, even if the cost of providing such services should
rise. Price estimates quoted are predicated upon the number of employees
reported at each location. Final pricing in subsequent years will be based upon
actual hours, where applicable, and the actual number of plans and number of
employees in each completed plan.
Additionally, a discount percentage is applied to the “locked”
pricing for the second year of the agreement and a further discount is applied
to the third year. The “locked” pricing for chosen professional services,
combined with the graduated discounts, not only provides the benefit of cost
control to our clients, but readily available information for planning and
budgeting purposes.
