Scheduled Internal Reporting

Scheduled Internal Reporting (SIR) is a report process that measures the effectiveness of an affirmative action program as required in the regulations. These reports summarize the changes in affirmative action progress as compared to the results from the beginning of the plan year.

These interim reports summarize the changes in affirmative action progress as compared to the results from the beginning of the plan year.
