In the event that an OFCCP Conciliation Agreement is received by your company, THOMAS HOUSTON associates, inc. will:
- Negotiate the terms and conditions of the Agreement
- Maintain and track required reporting deadlines
- Coordinate the collection of the required data
- Produce the required progress reports
- Submit the reports to the OFCCP
- Negotiate acceptance of the submitted reports
