Scheduled Internal Reporting

Scheduled Internal Reporting (SIR) is an interim reporting process that measures the effectiveness of an affirmative action program as required in the regulations.

Reporting includes:

  • Utilization Analysis
  • Comparison of Utilization and Shortfall
  • Analysis of Affirmative Action Progress (Goals Accomplishments)
  • Activity Tables (Transaction Listings)
  • Impact Ratio Analysis
  • Departmental Analysis
  • Compensation Analysis
  • Other reporting (comparable to current reporting structure)

These interim reports summarize the changes in affirmative action progress as compared to the results from the beginning of the plan year.
